Yummy Yoga Mummies Terms & Conditions of Service

 

Payment for antenatal yoga classes is taken at the end of each class to ensure that anyone signing up for a five week course is fully aware of what the course entails and how it is ran.

Payment is on either £60 for the five week course option or £15 per class pay as you go option.

​

Ladies on the pay as you go option can reserve their places one week in advance as they attend the class to reserve their place.

​

Ladies on the five week antenatal yoga course option are assured that their place is reserved for the duration of their five week course on their identified dates. Courses run for 5 consecutive weeks unless a FULL weeks notice is given.

 

Antenatal yoga courses consist of five classes of which one class can be carried forwards in any five week course, but does have to be with a FULL weeks notice. This does not need to be identified and confirmed at the time of booking and paying for your five week course.  These dates are non-refundable and non transferable for any reason other than if you are in hospital as an inpatient or you have had your baby early. This is due to booking space, class availability and fairness to other class members. Unfortunately having a cold, feeling under the weather or getting held up at work will not constitute a refund or a class being carried forward.

Payment is by cash, cheque or BACS. Cheques should be made payable to Caron Millard.

Payment for a Full Group Hypnobirthing Courses consists of a £50 non - refundable deposit on booking your course. This will reserve your place on the course. The rest of the payment is to be paid no later than two weeks before your course. Deposits will be refunded only if you have delivered your baby early or were an inpatient on the day that the course was due to take place.

Payment for the Group Hypnobirthing Express Courses consists of a £25 Non - refundable deposit on booking your course. This will reserve your place on the course. The rest of the payment is to be paid two weeks before the day of the course. Deposits will be refunded only if you have delivered your baby early or were an inpatient on the day that the course was due to take place.

Payment for Antenatal Courses consists of a £50 non - refundable deposit on booking your course. This will reserve your place on the course. The rest of the payment is to be paid no later than two weeks prior to your  course. Deposits will be refunded only if you have delivered your baby early or were an inpatient on the day that the course was due to take place.

Baby Massage Course and Bath Babies Course payments consists of a £30 non-refundable deposit on booking your course and full payment is to be paid two weeks prior to the course.. As the course dates are set, classes are non refundable if not attended, however if there is space on a subsequent course there may be an opportunity to attend another class in its place.

Services provided privately in your own home should be booked individually with Caron to suit your needs and convenience.

Cancellation of services such as Pregnancy Massage, Yoga, Baby Massage and Hypnobirthing Courses in your home will incur a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled less than two weeks prior to arranged time and date and will be charged at full price if cancelled within one week of arranged time and date
