Preparing Yourself for Labour and Birth

My Antenatal Classes run over one day, monthly at a weekend in Solihull, Harborne and Sutton Coldfield and are six hours long. Classes are fun filled and friendly whilst extremely informative at the same time. I provide tea, cake and fruit as light refreshments on the day too!

​

I will teach you and your partner everything you need to know to help you to have the birth of your choice and prepare for your baby. I have a wealth of experience to share with you.

 

For many couples these days, this will be your first experience of pregnancy, labour and / or birth. I am here to help guide and support you through what can be a very overwhelming time in your lives.......especially right now. I will give you simple, yet practical advice and information which will enable you to make the right choices for you, your partner and your baby.

My Antenatal Course is just £149 per couple.

Courses will be running on a Saturday from 12pm - 6pm in Sutton Coldfield and a Sunday from 12 30pm - 6 30pm in Solihull and will require four couples minimum and a maximum of 8 couples attending each course. Payment will secure your place. This will be on a "first come, first served basis"
