I offer a variety of classes designed to support you and your baby at every stage of your journey—from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond. Whether you’re preparing for childbirth, bonding with your little one, or nurturing your own well-being, there’s a class for you.

Choose the schedule that works best for you! Pregnancy Yoga Classes can be purchased individually or as part of a pack of five sessions:

  • Single Class: Ideal for trying out a session or maintaining flexibility.

  • 5-Class Course: A great value option to enjoy consistent practice and benefits over time.

NB - The 5 Class Course runs consequetively for 5 weeks on booking, but does have an option to carry one week forwrds per course with a full weeks notice.
