Baby Massage and Postnatal Support
Nurture Your Baby with Touch and Connection
Discover the incredible benefits of Baby Massage, where touch becomes a language of love and care. My five-week courses are designed to strengthen the bond between you and your baby while supporting their healthy development. Led by an experienced practicing midwife, these classes offer a safe, welcoming space to connect with other parents, share experiences, and find reassurance during the early months of parenthood.

Why Choose Baby Massage?
Touch is your baby’s first form of communication, playing a vital role in emotional bonding and overall development. Research shows that nurturing tactile stimulation, like baby massage, contributes to:
-
Improved brain and nervous system development.
-
Faster weight gain.
-
Enhanced motor skills and intellectual growth.
-
A calmer, happier baby.
Through these classes, you’ll learn effective massage techniques that soothe your baby while providing time to relax, bond, and connect.
What Makes My Classes Unique?
In addition to learning massage techniques, my classes are guided by decades of midwifery expertise, ensuring a comprehensive and supportive experience:
