With a background in midwifery, every class is designed to not only educate and empower, but to surround you with a community of women who just get it.

Enhance your connection with your baby, reduce stress, and prepare for childbirth in a safe and nurturing environment with lots of other lovely mums-to-be. It's perfect and safe for all stages of pregnancy from 12 weeks, and no prior yoga experience is needed.

First Aid

Private Baby & Child First Aid Course

Your child's safety is invaluable, and this private first aid course is designed to give parents, grandparents, family members, friends, and carers the confidence to respond effectively in an emergency.

Delivered in your own home, these personalised sessions cover essential first aid skills for babies under one year of age and children up to eight years old. You'll learn how to recognise and respond to a range of common childhood emergencies through practical, hands-on training in a relaxed and supportive environment.

The private format means everyone involved in your child's care can learn together, ask questions, and gain confidence in the skills that could make all the difference should the unthinkable happen. Babies in arms are welcome to attend with their parents up to eight months of age.
